3. Executing

• Procurement of the equipment and sub materials
• Initiation and completion of installation activities
• Provisional acceptance activities (application, pre-approval, acceptance completion)
• Commissioning the system

4. Monitoring and Controlling

• Remoting monitoring activities
• Monitoring and controingl the efficiency of the facility
• Informing the customer about the status of the system

5. Closing

• Confirmation of the performed activities whether they are comply with the contract
• Documentation the completion of the contract with mutual agreement
